He was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman. WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — Brian Wesley Aaron Brown, 21, was arrested in the 2000 block of Ramar Road on an outstanding felony warrant out of Maricopa County for probation violation.
